At Cart Mahal, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return the item under the guidelines below.
🔄 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene items (if opened or used)
- Products returned without original packaging
📦 How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@cartmahal.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Note: We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
✅ Return Inspection
Once we receive your returned item:
- It will be inspected within 2–4 business days.
- If approved, you may be issued a store credit, exchange, or your case may qualify for a refund under our separate Refund Policy.
